No. Everything is free for the guest and their family: the ride, the red carpet, the food and the whole evening. It is paid for by donors and sponsors. There is nothing to buy and nobody will ask you for money at the event.

Brandon Riggs, our Executive Director, and adult volunteers are with the group the whole time, from pickup to drop-off. Everyone boarding is checked off a printed list by name, and checked off again on the way back, and two adults sign that list. Nobody who is not on the list gets on.

Yes, if that is what your family needs. Please tell us on the registration form so we can count the seat, because seats are limited and an adult takes one of them. If your guest is comfortable going without you, choosing that frees a seat for another family, and there is no wrong answer here.

Tell us in the accommodations box on the form, in as much detail as you like. Not every vehicle can carry every chair, so we need to know well in advance to arrange the right one. If we cannot manage something safely for a particular night we will say so honestly rather than let you find out on the day.

Guests who have never been to a VIP night before come first. After that we work through the list by who has waited longest. The system tracks who has attended, so nobody can quietly take every spot, and the first night is genuinely reserved for people still waiting for theirs.

Email us as soon as you know. There is almost always somebody waiting for that seat, and a cancellation a day ahead means another family gets their night. You will not lose your place for future events by cancelling.
